Staff at this hotel were lovely, smiling, and helpful. Our room located on the 5th floor was quiet, and rooms were serviced daily. There was plenty of storage space. There was a variety of hot and cold options on offer at breakfast. Breakfast bowls were huge, and their granola delicious. The location was an easy 10 minute walk from Sagrada Familia, and the Sagrada Familia Metro Station. There were lots of restaurants and small supermarkets in the area. We used the Metro to get around as the Hop On Hop Off Buses we saw had queues of people waiting (Sunday 19 November). Getting to and from the airport wasn't difficult either as we travelled light. From the airport, catch the orange line (L9 South), change at Collblanc station onto the blue line (L5, towards Vall d'Hebron) and get off at Sagrada Familia Metro Station. It costs just over 5 Euros per person. We used the Hola Barcelona Travel Card which made travel stress free. We purchased on-line before we left, and it was easy to pick up from ticket machine at airport metro station (English language button on machine).

The breakfast was perfect for us, with a lot of variety to choose from. A 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. The position of the hotel is very convenient as we could walk everywhere from there. Our flight was in the evening and check-out was at noon so the staff let us leave the luggage with them till we had to leave for the airport. Overall was a nice experience. We will be going back.

She went above and beyond in helping us book our hotel in Madrid, also helped us with booking our train tickets online. Judith, your breakfast manager was also truly awesome! So welcoming and kind. She made us feel right at home. We commend both of them highly!
